You know the one. With the big numbers painted onto the industrial looking wall, and the celeb clients including Jestina Franklin, Pia Miller, Roxy Jacenko, Pip Edwards and Steph Claire Smith to name a few – posting their workouts and sweaty selfies from inside the four walls.

Now, the 98 Gym, in Sydney’s Darlinghurst, known previously for only having 98 members, is finally opening their doors up to classes (and memberships) as of next month.

The private boutique gym founded by Chris Feather has been refitted and rebranded though it still has a fully stocked gym area and functional training space.

The new group classes will feature progressive goal based strength and conditioning programming and be capped at 15 people – think GPP (General Preparedness), ESD (Energy System Development), STR (Strength, Power, Endurance), and FYF (which is a team challenge day).

To celebrate the class launch, the 98 Gym and its trainers will be hosting an open day on Saturday September 30. Join their Facebook group so you can stay up to date with info for the event day.
