How to perform a chest press with dumbbells

Day five: how to do a dumbbell chest press

This move works the pectoralis major (chest), triceps and anterior deltoid (front of shoulders). Follow the video above for correct technique.

How many? Do three sets of 12 reps, resting 60 seconds between sets.
