In her #Fitnessfriday series last week, the 52-year-old talked all things abs and how she’s transforming her body (to get a more ripped six-pack) for her next screen role.
Apparently, she’s received a lot of inquiries from her 4.2 million followers on how to lose that muffin top and slim down that waistline once and for all.
“Peter [her trainer] and I have been receiving a lot of inquiries from you guys about effective core exercises – how to lose that excess baby weight, etc,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
Well, you’ve asked and you’ve now received.
“… for this #FitnessFriday, I share a peek into some of my essential core workouts! Check out my stories as Peter and I demonstrate the kinds of exercises I do to accelerate muscular ab growth in preparation for my next film.”
She then goes on to explain why building those abs is the most important step in making the most out of every workout.
“What I’ve learned throughout my training this past year is that a strong core supports EVERY other part of your body, and if you’re performing exercises correctly, you’re always engaging your core – now that’s a win / win!”
But with Berry, she doesn’t just settle for a few bicycle crunches or even a few burpees. All we can say is: prepare for the hardest 9-move workout of your life.
